SCHEDULE:

Tours might run Tuesday-Saturday, 8pm-9pm, but you must text us for current availability. We might not run tours with less than six total guests. If we cancel the tour, you can be refunded or credited by your vendor. If a tour shows up on a booking calendar, it may still be cancelled if less than six guests book.

Refunds may be available up to 24 hours prior to tour start time, but please allow 7 business days for refund to be initiated. No refunds are given within 24 hours of tour start time, for any reason, although we may be able to rebook you on a different night, or credit you for a future tour.

Third party vouchers:

Your spots are NOT held until you 1. Send us screenshots of your voucher barcodes and 2. receive a confirmation from us. Purchasing a voucher on a different site does NOT guarantee you a spot on the tour, as it may be sold out or not running at all. Always check with us BEFORE purchasing a voucher. If we are not running a tour, simply contact the vendor you purchased from and ask for a credit or refund.

As the City of Charleston has a 20 person maximum for walking tours, space is limited. Babies (ages 0-2) and well-behaved, clean pets, however, can come along for free! You must, however, let us know they are attending.

Although this is a family-tour, the historical stories and folklore can be frightening and / or graphic. Your guide will attempt to use discretion in the presence of children, however the facts about these hauntings are essential elements of the tour.

If a pet is being disruptive or threatening, owner and pet may be dismissed without refund. Tour host is in no way liable for conduct of pets during tour.

Anyone disruptive, or under heavy influence of drugs or alcohol, may be dismissed without refund.

Within 24 hours of tour start time, no refunds / credits / time exchanges will be given, for any reason, even emergencies (unless we no-show or cancel).
